2. Subscribers to portfolios are allowed to view pictures in full size and download the pictures for personal purposes.

3. It is strictly prohibited to manipulate, edit, modify or publish downloaded pictures for any reasons without written permission from Inoworks SRL / Swissarts.md ©.

4. Every subscription is sold "as is" based on the preview provided. We do not guarantee to produce or publish any updates or new galleries. Therefore please look at the preview before you buy !

5. Copyrights belong to Inoworks SRL / Swissarts.md © and Eugenia Satulova. Any violation of these copyrights will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law by our attorney.

6. Pictures have been reviewed and found compliant with current laws. Inoworks SRL / Swissarts.md © does not produce any kind of questionable pictures. This site does not contain any kind of sexually explicit or lascivious pictures.

7. Shooting orders for customers are subject to additional terms and conditions upon approval by Inoworks SRL / Swissarts.md © and Eugenia Satulova.

8. The current site has been specially built to promote a young model. It provides photo galleries suited for potential customers and professionals from the fashion, modeling and acting industry who are looking for new talents.

9. The preview area gives a sample of the pictures that are available in the full portfolio.

10. The registration fee helps us to cover the high expenses involved in promoting, realizing and operating this site.

11. All content production on this site abides by the laws of the Republic of Moldova and we care about being compliant with laws of other countries. However accessing this site is under the sole responsability of the visitor.

12. The pictures on this site are shot under supervision of the parents or an appointed legal guardian. Agreements and contracts have been signed by the model and the legal representative as well as a copy of the identity documents. All legal documents are filed in our office for inspection and are reviewed regularly.

13. This site is published under the laws of the Republic of Moldova where Inoworks SRL / Swissarts.md © is a registered, licensed and authorized operating company in the photo, multimedia production and IT business with physical facilities.
